Vietnam

Vietnam is a very interesting country.   I learned a lot about the war in my US History classes,  but never did I learn the culture. As I work my way through Asia, I hope to not only get a better understanding of the food, but also of the culture. I have hardly any knowledge about Vietnam cuisine, but I am excited to learn more. I will be using The Foods of Vietnam by Nicole Routhier as my guide. I hope to gain a better understanding of both Vietnamese and Asian culture from this venture.
